Why you should use a compliance system even when you are a Startup?

In a perfect world, our platform will be used by every Startup, Trustee, Financial Advisor, or SME. I cannot stress it enough that compliance is so important in today's environment.
For example, you can use one Tenant @ Investhub under your subdomain let's say
onboarding.yourdomain.com which you can use to onboard suppliers and customers. Here is a quick overview how you can set a cname record to app.investhub.io so that your Tenant can use your own domain instead of yourcompanyname.investhub.io — but you can always set it up later through the admin settings of your Tenant.
on the other hand, you can also set up invest.yourdomain.com or kyc.yourdomain.com which is primarily used for your current and future investors, you can simply use it to download the “due diligence act” of each investor and its subscription for your bank or your internal records.
The DD act of the investor consists of all input data he entered going through the KYC including subscription amount, liveness check, pep check, adverse media check, sanction list. If you issue your financial instrument as a token, then there will also be additional information with regards to wallet screening of your investor. We also established a token registry which can act as “shareholder registry” with all necessary data at least based on Liechtenstein Law how a shareholder registry has to look like and which data it has to contain. Once you set up your Tenant you can find it under the following URL “/admin/token-registry” or via Navigation on the top Others ~ then Token Registry.
In case you are not able to handle the compliance part yourself (if there has to be an additional investigation, you can simply use our Compliance as a Service so that you can stay focused on your business part.
